I have a wonderful husband!

Last weekend was the time change. I thought woohoo an extra hour of sleep! I read on a few blogs where moms were complaining about how hard the time change was on their kids. I thought I know it is in the spring when you lose an hour, but we gain an hour here. What are you complaining about. I don't remember the time change really being a big deal in my family before, but this year it has hit us like a ton of bricks. My kids of been tired and cranky all week. Cristina had several instances today of getting really angry about something and not making any sense about it. Eddie told her she needed to lay down and take a nap. Not only did she not argue about that, but she laid down and immediately fell asleep.
Now I might have been exhibiting some similar behaviors to my daughter. I might have slightly over reacted to Victoria not listening to something I asked her to do. I was trying really hard to hide my bad mood, but apparently I am not any good at that. I ended up laying down during the TCU football game and falling asleep. I don't have any idea how long I slept, but my wonderful husband (who had been dealing with tired and cranky girls all day) hung up all of the clean clothes, washed all of the dirty dishes, clean up the drive way, swept and mopped the playroom floor and who knows what else that I didn't notice that he did. He deserves an award for not only so gracefully dealing with us, but getting done all that needed to be done without saying a word about it. I am a really lucky woman.
